Because we respect our clients, we also work with clients so that they can receive legal services while recognizing they have financial responsibilities beyond their legal representation.  We bill fairly, and commonly employ alternative billing.  We often meet with clients after hours so that work and family lives are interrupted as little as possible.  We understand that legal issues are just part of our client’s larger lives.  Some issues, such as divorce, and custody can be the most important issue in our client’s life and we strive to get them through the process as efficiently and painless as possible.

Our second principle governs how we provide our legal services.  Our goal is to get the best results we can for our clients while remaining true to our ethics, the facts, and the law.  Our clients set the goals of their case. We counsel clients on possible actions and potential outcomes, providing them with the tools and information necessary to make the best decisions possible.  We also frequently examine our processes and procedures to determine how we can better serve our clients.
