I chose the practice of law to help make the tough times of people’s lives a little easier. I believe that the law is capable of helping people, and with the right assistance, that the law may produce great results. The one part of being a lawyer I find most rewarding is showing people ways to help their situation that they didn’t know existed before meeting with me. My goal in every case is to find direct and reliable ways to get the client the results they want.
I also understand that people want a fighter for their position. I know that fighting for clients is often the path to get the best results, and I enjoy taking cases to trial if it is the best way to try to get results.
I am a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, and proudly support the Hogs. There are very few things I enjoy more than calling the Hogs at DWRRS and Baum Stadium.
I am an avid outdoorsman, and I enjoy hunting, fishing, and camping in the Ozark region. I can be found on weekends photographing the waterfalls and cliffs in the area with my wife, Kim, and our dog, Maggie.
Before becoming a Razorback, I served as an airman in the United States Air Force for seven years, where I was a Pave Low crew chief. During my service, I deployed to support special operations in Europe, Asia, and Africa. I grew up in Southern New Mexico, where I hiked the deserts and mountains of that area, and I continue to travel to New Mexico a couple of times each year to revisit my favorite places.
I have been licensed to practice law in Arkansas and in the US District Court for the Western District of Arkansas since 2009.
